Service A vs. Service B Intervals: How Do They Differ?

One of the main differences between Mercedes-Benz Service A and Mercedes-Benz Service B relates to time intervals. As stated, Service A is suggested after 1 year or 10,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Service B is recommended after 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first. When these actual services are performed, Service A and B tasks are largely the same overall. However, there are some differences. During Service B, your vehicle will receive a brake fluid replacement and a cabin air filter replacement, and certain CLA and GLA AMG® models will also receive an engine air filter replacement during Service B.
