Great customer service

The SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Mercedes Benz of St. George has restored my faith in using a dealership (aka "Stealership") to get to the bottom of my Sprinter's mechanical issues. I previously have had too many negative experiences and was avoiding another potential frustration. I was lucky enough to find this experience to be nothing but positive. My service advisor, Sonny Martinez, was exceptional with communication and customer service. Everything was above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I had a check engine light come on while traveling through the area. Stopped in without an appointment and Bill Bertram the service advisor got me right in and checked the code. Minor code that required that a sensor be replaced. He took care of it in record time and got me back on my way. Phenomenal experience and really showed concern. Highly recommend this dealership.

I am traveling cross country and got a notice on the instrument panel that the “B” maintenance was due. Having several thousand miles to go, the maintenance had to be done before returning home. The Service Advisor and scheduler found a way to get the car in and complete the necessary maintenance. Forever grateful for their effort to help get this work performed in such an expedient manner to keep the car performing well. Yes, I would certainly recommend this dealer.

We are on a cross country trip and the check engine light on our Sprinter 3500 based RV comes on as we are going up a 6% grade in Death Valley. We made it to Vegas and the MBZ service dealers would not let us come in to check the diagnostics without a scheduled appointment and the earliest appointment we could make was 4 days out. My purchase experience with them was good except for the Trade-in transaction. In the final paperwork they reduced my trade amount by the tax savings I received from the purchase. This was not my understanding when I agreed to the trade in amount so I actually received about $2,000 less for my trade in than I expected. When I brought this to the GM’s attention he would not make any concessions for me. Drew, my salesperson and Yamile, my finance person were very good.

Great shop and great service. Our Sprinter's DPF system clogged/disintegrated after we had the engine replaced at another shop. We were towed to the St George, where we were given a loaner so we could return to Las Vegas while parts were ordered and work was completed. Josh the sprinter Mechanic did a outstanding job and Sonny the service writer was fantastic. Thanks for arranging the loaner, Mercedes Benz of George just became our go to shop for everything. My Mercedes Benz vehicle supports a Class C Motorhome. It developed a check engine light issue when I was near St. George, UT, during my tour through the United States from our home in eastern Canada. Mercedes Benz of St. George accepted my vehicle on the spot for an immediate diagnosis. The issue required ordering parts which were promptly delivered over the weekend and installed during the first appointment of the service shop on Monday morning. The whole experience was first class. Special thanks to our service consultant, Mr. Bill Bertram!

This may be the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They were extremely professional, helpful and patient as we purchased a vehicle from out-of-town. It’s nice to know there are still car dealerships out there that value customer service and aim to provide a great experience for their customers.

I made a last minute request to have my MB serviced. Erika Bergeron (Service Coordinator) accommodated me and the tech completed the service in a timely manner. As busy as their service department can be I am very appreciative! I highly recommend the entire dealership; be it sales, service or parts department.

My low battery problem turned out to be false. Driver was arranged to get me to a place for breakfast. Very efficient operation and nice service center staff
